Self-Guided Tools

Self-Guided tools are short, 3–5 minute resources designed to help you build skills for everyday challenges, better understand and manage your emotions, and enhance your overall wellbeing through reflection and introspection.

These tools cover a wide range of topics, including improving sleep, reducing anxious thoughts, practising mindfulness, building healthier habits, and more.

Behavioural Health Coaching

Coaching at Intellect comprises 30 or 60-minute sessions with International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified Coaches, Counsellors, and Psychologists. These sessions are designed to help you manage emotions and challenges while supporting both personal and professional growth. Through future-focused conversations, your Coach will work with you to set goals, gain clarity, and hold you accountable for your progress.

Think of coaching as having a trusted guide who helps you grow and succeed in work and in life. Coaching provides a supportive space to explore where you want to go, understand the motivations behind your goals, overcome obstacles, and design a structured plan that’s built by you — and for you.

Whether you want to better manage stress and emotions, advance your career, or simply have someone to support you as you navigate life, personalised coaching can help you move closer to meaningful change and improved wellbeing.
